ALL new appointments will be required to leave a credit card on file for our same day rescheduling/no show policy. If you do not feel comfortable providing this information via phone during time of booking you can always provide those details on our secure online booking site.

Booking Deposits Required for :

Facials $50

Brow Services $100.00

Deposits (which will go towards your service), is Non-Refundable if failure to cancel or show up to your appointment without notice.

Apointments have an alloted time for services, and with respect to all of our patients we want to give each appointment the necessary time without interfering with the other appointments scheduled. Therefore, if more than 15 minutes your appointment may result in rescheduling.

Keep in mind when arriving late your appointment may require us to shorten the appointment time, so to not incovenience our other patients. 

Same Day Rescheduling 

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 charge. Exceptions for the following 2 services:

*Facial services: $50.00 fee

*Brow services: $100.00 fee

No Shows

All appointment no shows (failure to cancel or show up to your appointment without notice) will result in a $50 charge. Exceptions for the following 2 services:

*Facial services: $50.00 fee

*Brow services: $100.00 fee

Gift Cards: No refunds are available on gift card purchases.
