ALL new appointments will be required to leave a credit card on file for our same day rescheduling/no show policy. If you do not feel comfortable providing this information via phone during the time of booking, you can always provide those details on our secure online booking site.

Deposits (which will go towards your service) are Non-Refundable if you fail to cancel or show up to your appointment without notice.
Appointments have an allotted time for services, and with respect to all our patients, we want to ensure each appointment receives the necessary time without interfering with other scheduled appointments. Therefore, if your appointment is more than 15 minutes, it may result in rescheduling.
Keep in mind when arriving late your appointment may require us to shorten the appointment time, so to not incovenience our other patients.
Same Day Rescheduling
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 charge. Exceptions for the following 2 services:
*Facial services: $50.00 fee
*Brow services: $100.00 fee
No Shows
All appointment no-shows (failure to cancel or show up to your appointment without notice) will result in a $50 charge. Exceptions for the following 2 services:
*Facial services: $100.00 fee
*Brow services: $100.00 fee
If you purchased a package of hair removal sessions and you have not been in more than 3 months since your last appointment, you must restart a new package.
This does not pertain to maintenance sessions.
Per office policy only 3 rollover sessions will be honored in that 3 month period since your last visit.
Refunds will not be given for any services rendered. NO exceptations.
Skincare products may be returned for credit to SP Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and unopened. Open and/or used products will not be accepted as a return or for SP Aesthetics credit at any time.
Gift Cards: No refunds are offered on gift card purchases
Promotions and specials must be redeemed prior to the expiration of the special.
Prepaid Promotions
Must be used within 60 days of purchase. Payment is non-refundable and offer cannot be redeemed once expired. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Although we love our babies, and pets we want all our guests to enjoy their visit in a relaxed, and in a safe enviornment. We ask you please keep your pets at home, and make child care arrangements accordingly.
